Driving innovation in a time of transformation
In an era of rapid transformation for the aviation industry, exploring new ways of working is no longer a choice but a necessity. Embracing innovation is essential, not only to adapt to changing regulations and priorities, but to proactively address the challenges ahead.Reflection on our journey
In 2023 our theme was “Measuring progress”. We brought together over 120 industry leaders to identify actionable solutions for tracking our collective advancement toward sustainability goals.Building on this, last year we explored the theme of "Cross-sector collaboration", convening aviation experts and stakeholders for a day of interactive workshops and strategic dialogue. Participants co-developed insights and shared best practices, reinforcing the importance of unified action across the aviation value chain.
Results from these past two summits, have deepened our understanding of the challenges facing the sector and the collaborative efforts required to overcome them. These insights have laid the foundation for this year’s theme.
Looking ahead: The 2025 summit

A dynamic mix of interactive lectures and workshops organised into four parallel tracks, each led by one of the four consortiums: Alight, OLGA, Stargate, and TULIPS, and facilitated by NACO. These tracks will explore the impact of new technologies, emerging policies and regulations on airport infrastructure, operational concepts, organisational practices, and the future skills and capacities needed to support sustainable transformation in aviation.
