St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) has reached another milestone in its rebuilding efforts to become the Caribbean’s most modern and well-managed airport. PJIAE recently awarded the contract management and technical supervision services for its Terminal Reconstruction Project to Royal HaskoningDHV, parent company of Netherlands Airport Consultants (NACO). As PJIAE’s main engineering company for the current terminal which was completed in 2006, NACO’s scope of responsibilities will include review of the bill of quantities, as well as management of the inspection process and quality assurance.
