What you will do as Senior Sales Lead

As Senior Sales Lead your role will have a strong commercial flavor, as you bear ultimate responsibility for the integrated sales funnel for our Aviation unit. In your role you will focus on international markets and regions, driving sales for NACO services and products. This includes, but is not limited to: our RCR tool (https://www.naco.nl/expertise/asset-optimisation-airport-systems-and-operations/rcr-tool), Green Baggage systems, E-flight services and other innovations.

 

As you become our Senior Sales Lead you will gain detailed knowledge about RCR and our other services and tools, to promote cross selling and further filling the sales funnel. The main goal is to promote multi-year customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, deep-selling and farming in our most successful markets and sectors.  

 

The core challenges of the role are to:

  • Realize our growth ambitions in the Aviation market
  • Further expand our sales portfolio with guts and entrepreneurship
  • Coach and stimulate the sales team
  • Be commercially pro-active and responsible towards our customers (sales and account management)
  • Work closely with (key) account managers, developers, marketers, product and service experts to reach the market

Furthermore, you manage, monitor and control the CRM platform and associated tools and processes and align with other sales professionals within the Royal HaskoningDHV network.

As Senior Sales Lead, you will become part of the Business Unit Aviation. This is one of the smaller and more boutique units and consists of the worldwide renown consultancy brands NACO and InterVISTAS. Our highly motivated team delivers full spectrum, integrated engineering-, strategic- and management consultancy services related to airport and aviation development all over the globe. You will be based in The Hague, the Netherlands, from which we run our aviation business.

 

 

 

What you bring

Working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams spread across different countries is no problem for you. Besides the ability to work in a team environment, you also work effectively when working individually. Besides that, you will bring:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a sale or (commercial) business development role in an engineering/consultancy environment.
  • You have experience with international sales and business development.
  • You speak and write fluent English and Dutch.
  • You are strong in building and maintaining relationships with (potential) clients.
  • You have an established network in our sector.
