In anticipation of the privatization of Queen Alia International Airport, the Jordanian Ministry of Transport (MoT) along with the IFC requested NACO's technical support to review the airport's current condition, evaluate terminal development plans and provide recommendations on how to finance the proposed terminal renewal.

As part of the technical support, NACO produced a new traffic forecast, completed a technical review, developed an investment requirement program and analysed the financial feasibility of the project. NACO also reviewed concession documentations developed by the MoT's legal counsel and the technical/business plans. Furthermore, NACO recommended how to structure a FBOT deal.
