NACO welcomes InterVISTAS Consulting Group as a full sister company within the DHV Group. On 6 October 2011 DHV Group increased its ownership in InterVISTAS from 50% to 100%.

InterVISTAS, operating worldwide and with offices in Canada, the USA, UK and the Netherlands, fully compliments the Group's vision and future plans in the worldwide aviation industry. North America is the largest aviation market in the world and a presence there is an important prerequisite for being a world player in this market. InterVISTAS will also become the main presence of the DHV Group in North America.

InterVISTAS is a high-end aviation consultancy company with world-wide activities for airports and airlines. NACO looks forward to further collaboration with InterVISTAS.

To date, NACO and InterVISTAS have successfully collaborated on projects including: the Master Plans and Terminal Concepts for King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) & King Fahd International Airport (KFIA), Saudi Arabia; Advisory Services to Structure & Implement a PPP at Pristina International Airport, Kosovo and PPP Structure & Implementation for Zagreb International Airport, Croatia.

Clients will continue to benefit from the multidisciplinary and multilevel services provided by the NACO and InterVISTAS team. This acquisition will allow the two firms to bridge the gap between strategic, operational, economical and technical aspects within the aviation industry with a one stop shop approach.
